What is Pulse?

Pulse is a single operating system for running a company: attendance, tasks, projects, clients, learning and finance in one place, where each module updates the others. It is built by Colladome IT Network Solutions and is the system Colladome runs its own business on every day.

What does Pulse replace?

For most teams it replaces an attendance sheet, a task tracker, a project-profitability spreadsheet, a collections tracker, separate GST and TDS files, and a training folder on a shared drive. Because those all sit on the same records, project cost and margin stop being a monthly reconciliation exercise.

Can I try Pulse before speaking to anyone?

Yes. The interactive demo is a full sandbox workspace with fictional people, clients, projects and finances. You can create tasks, move statuses, punch attendance and open every module. Nothing you do there is saved, and the demo cannot reach any real account or record.

How long does it take to get started?

Rollout is done with you rather than handed over as a login. Colladome configures departments, roles, employees, clients and opening balances alongside your team, and turns on only the modules you need. The realistic timeline depends on how much historical data you want migrated, which is what the walkthrough call is for.

Who can see what?

Accepted Answer

Access is role-based. Super admin, admin, HR admin, finance admin, department head, manager and employee scopes each see a different slice, and approvals, stage changes and settlements keep a record of who did what and when. Clients get a separate invite-only portal that shows only their own projects and balances.

Does Pulse handle Indian compliance — GST, TDS and payroll?

Pulse tracks GST output, input and payable with filing due dates, vendor-wise TDS by section with deposit deadlines, and salary records that produce a bank NEFT file for payroll. It is a tracking and reporting system that keeps your accountant supplied with clean data, not a replacement for your CA or for statutory filing itself.

How is Pulse priced?

Pricing depends on team size and which modules you switch on, so there is no public price list. Request a walkthrough and Colladome will quote against the modules you actually intend to use.

Can Pulse be adapted to how we already work?

Modules can be turned on or off per company, workflow templates are configurable for repeatable processes such as onboarding or vendor approval, and departments, roles and approval chains are set up to match your structure. Because Colladome uses Pulse itself, changes ship against real daily use.

How is our data protected inside Pulse?

Access is enforced at the database rather than hidden in the interface: every table carries row-level policies tied to the signed-in user's role, and the client portal can only reach records belonging to that client. How your deployment is hosted, separated and backed up is set up with you during rollout — bring it up on the walkthrough and Colladome will walk through the specifics.
