Client onboarding is initiated only by the Colladome Super Admin. Use the private link sent to you, or sign in to your approved portal.
Clients always use email and password. Google authentication is available only for the internal Colladome team.
Invite-only by design
A public visitor cannot create a client account or expose onboarding data.

Colladome creates your client record
An authorised Super Admin starts onboarding and chooses whether to send the private form or complete details internally.

You receive a private invitation
The unique link is emailed or shared directly by Colladome. There is no public client-onboarding form.

Details are reviewed
Colladome approves submitted company, contact and billing information, then maps the correct project or projects.

Portal access is activated
Approved contacts receive email-and-password access to client-visible projects, files, approvals, hours and billing.

Waiting for details
Open the secure link sent by Colladome and complete the requested information.
Status 2
Under review
Submitted details are being checked. Colladome will request corrections or approve them.
Status 3
Portal active
Use Client Login to see only your approved, client-visible projects and records.
